Just Sit In It... As we offer our greetings to you this month, we ask you to center yourself… imagine a beautiful space that exists somewhere in the area of your heart center, take three long, slow, deep breaths and feel or imagine your consciousness sitting there. Let the cares of the day evaporate just as the morning mists do. Feel the space assume the energy of 100% pure light… of Divine Light and Love. Feel the pleasant softness of peace within and without… There is a sacred space to which all beings go for inner peace. It is your sanctuary, your safe place… your inner refuge… For some of you it is in the space where your 3rd eye and crown chakra join. For some of you it is in the area of the Sacred Heart. Still others feel it in their Tan Tien. There are those who visit all three sacred spaces successively or consecutively and those who visit the Soul Star instead. What we wish to suggest is that the sacred space will reflect and magnify whatever you bring to it and you will find it in the exact perfect place for you. All Time Is Sacred When you take the time to center yourself and feel the energies of Divine Love and Light before you begin your sacred time (and what time is not sacred?) you will discover that the effectiveness of your meditations and lives has grown exponentially. Likewise, we suggest that you consider what you are choosing to create before you focus your intentions… Are you certain it is a balanced, unconditional thought? You are powerful creators and with this comes much responsibility. For example, if you focus the intention to ‘stop war’ your focus upon the negativity of war will generate the energy of more war. Likewise, war is an unbalanced condition so peace will be created as well, but as a balance… not as a total experience. If you are unsure what this means, remember the old saw of ‘don’t think about pink elephants’… When we write these words, you think about pink elephants. When we write the words ‘think about pink elephants’ you also think about pink elephants. Either way… same result… get it? If you focus your intention upon peace, this is again an unbalanced condition which requires the balancing condition of ‘no peace’, or war. However, if you focus on the balancing point… the midpoint… unconditionally… miracles happen. And the midpoint is love. We know that you have heard this so many times that a lot of you are already beginning to glaze over. The reason this lesson is oft repeated is because so many are not understanding and applying it. And each time it is repeated with slightly different words and slightly different emphasis, a few more of you get it. Do you already live in the constant joy of the midpoint, or could this be your turn to finally grasp the understanding? The Secret to Manifestation is to ‘Just Sit In It’! A friend of the channel recently told her a wonderful story of manifestation. We would like to share it with you here. More than 30 years ago a young man named Charlie had the dream of becoming an airline pilot. He actually wanted to work for one particular airline and felt that his preference was feasible. He already had all the licenses he needed and actually worked for one of the rival carriers. So Charlie submitted his application to his chosen airline and was told there would be a period of time to wait before he would hear if he had been hired and when he should report for training and work. So Charlie did the most amazing bit of manifestation… Charlie got permission to sit in the cockpit of the type of jet he would be flying for the new airline. He spent as much time as he was able to arrange just sitting in the captain’s seat, studying and learning the instrument panel and imagining what it would feel like to fly the huge airplane. Charlie did all this in the energy of joy, love, passion, fulfillment… and soon he was hired by the airline of his dreams. Do you wonder why it worked so well? For one thing, as he focused his intention he believed that his goal was possible. He educated himself in his field of choice… i.e. he learned to fly. The time he spent sitting in the cockpit of the jet was an amazing experience of meditation which involved all his being. And he let himself feel the joy of living the dream he was requesting. And while he did all this, he continued doing his best work for his present employer. What if he had focused his intention as is more commonly practiced in your reality? What if he had waited to learn to fly until later… after all, the airlines had a training program. What if he had thought he wasn’t good enough, or didn’t deserve the job of his dreams? What if he spent that meditation time thinking about all the other candidates for the same position who may have been flying longer or had better contacts or more degrees? Or conversely that he did deserve it more than anyone else and was a better flyer, etc. And what if he had begun to resent his present job and do less than his best work for them? Get the picture? Charlie focused on the balance point… he focused on the joy. For those of you who are getting lost in the details… yes, we know that times have changed and it would be next to impossible to sit in the cockpit of a commercial airliner while you meditate. That is, however, an insignificant detail (commonly referred to as an excuse). It is still possible to imagine the same process. Or rent time in a simulator or find software that allows you to feel the experience. And yes, we expect you to translate this story into your own dream. Focus on the joy of what you are wanting and why you want it. Do you want to be a corporate executive? Spend some time each day studying and focusing that dream and getting truly honest about why you want it. Do you wish to be a writer? What are you writing… now! What would you feel in the fulfillment of your dream to be a wife and mother, a stockbroker, a doctor or a mechanic? Sit in it, feel it and dare to want it! So, what if you feel you have done all of that and still your dream has not manifested. We suggest you look at your process and see if you are disempowering it in some way. Remember, what you take responsibility for you have the power to change. If you blame outside circumstances you have become a victim and it will be very difficult to create from that position. Once you have found the cause, repair what you must and shift your focus back to the midpoint… the joy. For instance, if you have decided to quit smoking and have begun gaining weight because you substituted food for cigarettes, you may want to change your new eating pattern before it becomes a habit (simply trading one addiction for another) while you focus on how wonderful you feel now that you are smoke free. Also, what you think about with feeling creates your experience. So when you find the weakness in your process don’t ‘work hard to fix it’… shift your concentration onto your joy and take action from that focus. If your new mantra was ‘I will not smoke!’ you may want to reword that to ‘I am joyful and healthy!’ Again, we encourage you to look at your thoughts and habit patterns. Our channel went through a difficult time with one project recently. As she became more and more frustrated it became more and more difficult for us to help. Why? Because whenever she thought about the events involved with the project she said the words, ‘Timing is everything!’ This created an atmosphere where ‘the correct timing’ had complete control of the situation and since manifestation is a function of the timeless dimensions, the belief held her separate from the energy which would create success. Also, during her times of frustration her resonance dropped and it became more difficult to communicate with us. When she finally gave up the habit phrase and centered in the balance point the perceived obstacles melted away and success happened. There is Nothing to Fix… Only to Savor Jerry Hicks offers the concept that if you decide that, just for now, there is nothing to fix, there is only life to savor, you can transform your reality. And he is right. What if you simply stopped right now, right here, right in this moment and chose to let go of everything that needs fixing (your husband, your wife, your children, your parents, your finances, your health, your shadow, your inner child, your past, your future… ) and just savored this precise moment… and this one… and this one… Why not put down this channeling for a few minutes (yes, it’s okay to take the time to mark your place!) and simply cherish. Cherish what? Cherish All-That-Is. Everything. Whatever comes up. Even the itch behind your knee. Cherish Life. Did you feel that? Now, as you continue to read this channeling, ask yourself why you are reading it? Are you reading it to fix yourself? Or are you reading it for the joy of personal growth? Or are you reading it simply because it’s the next one in the magazine? Or… Which reason feels like ‘savoring’ to you? Have you ever wondered why other world beings communicate through channeling? It is because we savor the experience of sharing with you! We grow from the encounter as much as you do. Do we learn from you? Of course we do! But not in order to fix ourselves… We have the advantage of knowing that the Universe is already perfect and that there is truly nothing to fix. We do, however, love to grow and evolve… learning is vibrant and ecstatic energy. Sharing unconditional love is the reason for life. And we are everlastingly grateful to God/Goddess/All That Is, to you, and to ourselves for this amazing experience!
