Greetings, Dear Friends!  The energies of the Universe have gathered to support all beings everywhere who are ready to live beyond the old stories, beyond the box of the known. Expansion is the energy which takes you there. Contraction prevents your participation.

Before entering into a discussion of this process we ask you to take a few moments to feel the energy of expansion…

Center yourself within your own being and take three deep, oxygenating and clearing breaths. Take your time and feel the calming and centering effects of this simple beginning to meditation.

As you breathe normally now, imagine yourself standing at the top of a magnificent mountain. The summit upon which you stand is sacred, beautiful and spacious. Slowly turn and notice that you can see clearly in every direction… the views around you reach elegantly toward infinity.

As your focus and attention return to the sacred summit you are delighted to notice that you are not alone. A shining being of pure light has appeared before you. Watch as they extend their arms to you, offering you a sparkling, luminous ball of gold and silver light. The ball of light looks like a miniature sun.

They say to you, “This is a gift for you… Are you willing to accept it?”

Indicate your willingness to them and watch as they approach you and press the light lovingly and gently into your heart center. You are aware that this gift is given for the highest and best good of all and with harm to none.

As the light blends with you… becomes one with your being…feel the love which it represents and  feel the rays of this small sun expanding outward. It is made of 100% divine light and love. Let it flow, expand and bless all (including yourself) for as far as infinity and beyond as you give thanks and return to the present and the discussion about expansion.

So, Lightworkers, you seek levels of understanding and discernment which lift and heal you… levels which further the understanding that you are enlightened… you are ascended… you are God. Many teachers have confirmed and taught this. We propose to offer you one more teaching from another perspective… Maybe this perspective will be the one which ‘clicks’ for you!

Love expands. Fear contracts. Simplistic? Yes. Effective? Yes!

When you are feeling centered, balanced and joyful you are also being expansive. Your energies reach out from your center and bless everyone and everything around you.

But what happens when you are touched by negativity? Immediately your energy contracts to ‘protect’ you by ‘pulling in’. Have you ever seen a nature film of sea anemones? When all is well their tentacles reach outward seeking food. When a predator is sensed, those tentacles retract instantaneously in an attempt to keep the anemone safe.

Most people do the same with their heart centers, their auras, their emotions and more. Unfortunately you have all been introduced to so many fearful things that the contracted, protected state becomes the norm.

For example, you awaken in the morning from a lovely dream and remember that it is Monday (contract)… that you’ll be at work soon (contract)… that you have to shovel snow before you can get the car out of the garage (contract)… and your car needs gas (do you believe the price these days!?) (contract)… You get the idea.

What we would like you to consider is that true protection comes from expansion (love) not contraction (fear).

You can pull in your energy in the belief that you will make a smaller target, but the truth is that you concentrate yourself in the energy of fear when you contract. Fear is a lower resonance (please notice we did not say a ‘worse resonance’). As you hold the lower resonance you begin to align with everything else that is holding that resonance. Then, through the law of attraction, you attract to you that which is like you. Your target may be ‘smaller’, but it is magnetizing the fear resonance quite effectively.

The ultimate protection is love (expansion). Love is a very high resonance. Unconditional love is even higher. If you live in the expansive energy of love you will attract like energies to you and fear will not be magnetized. Not only is this perfect protection but it is effortless as well.

Expansion also opens the way to healing.

All healing, whether it be physical, mental, emotional or spiritual, is preceded by love. Did you truly hear those words as you read them? ALL healing begins with love!

This does not mean ‘sometimes’ or ‘in certain circumstances’. It means all, always, without exception, which means that this (The Law of Love) is a universal law.

So if you are seeking healing of any sort, we suggest getting yourself into expansion mode. Align with, activate… fill and surround yourself with divine light and love and let your heart be the transmitter it was designed to be.

Expand with love.

Expansion is not something you eventually get around to as you process your fear reaction. As soon as you are aware that you are in contraction, shift to expansion. If the shift doesn’t seem to hold, do it again. And if it doesn’t appear to change anything, keep expanding. We don’t suggest this process because we espouse denial or avoidance. If it is appropriate to study and understand the condition which caused your contraction, we are all for that. But if you expand with love before you explore the issue and continue to expand with love while you learn, you will enjoy greater clarity, accuracy, success and completion from the effort. Fear is full of emotional fog … while love offers clarity.

Within the expansion, feel that which makes you contract. Ask the fear for any lessons it is there to teach you. Love it… love yourself… bless it… learn from it and allow its teachings to add to your balance and the wholeness of who you are.

In every event there is a moment of choice. With that choice you decide how the energy will impact your life. In that moment you have the power to choose expansion or contraction or the extent to which the expansion or contraction will influence you.

If you learn to utilize expansion effectively, will your life be a blissful, joyful passage with no difficulties to mar your journey? Of course not. You are in a physical world with a mixture of personal and group experiences and contracts. And you are here to grow. Growth happens as a result of imbalance. The more you seek growth as the result of your own focused intention and seeking, the more ostensibly positive your experience will be. If  you leave all the growth inspiration up to chance, chances are you will experience some negative pressure to balance. This does not mean that you must be on a constant and exhausting quest for new experience, so don’t make yourselves crazy with metaphysical to-do lists.

What is the difference between a difficult experience and an expansive, loving one? The difference exists in that moment of choice as you respond to an event and the difference is called judgment. Is choosing expansion the way out of negative judgment? Perhaps… certainly the idea is worth a try.

And what if you begin every morning by expanding with love… first thing… before even rising from your bed? Would it not be a joyful way to enter and move through your days? And would it not be easier to feel the moments of contraction? And wouldn’t you become so delighted with living in expansion that anything less would be unacceptable?

Imagine, as well, the nights which are entered by expanding in love as you slide gently into sleep. Expansion is love. Expansion is prayerfulness. Living in expansion equates to living in prayerful love.

Imagine your experience as that grows.

Imagine the world as that grows… Joy gratitude and love barely touch the possibilities.
