The Missing Key?

Greetings, dear friends! In this month dedicated to gratitude we wish to express ours… We are truly grateful for the love, compassion and service which is growing exponentially throughout your wondrous planet. And this despite the fact that so many of you have experienced a year of drama, chaos and difficulty. We honor that you still do not give in to hopelessness or refuse your continued growth. Wondrous!

As this November column is being composed, the channel has just experienced a wonderful day of healing… both given and received.  Many healers gathered to selflessly and freely give love and healing to any person desiring the experience. Moneys were donated for the work and those moneys were in turn donated to survivors of the devastating hurricane called Katrina. Many healings were given and received and at one point our channel watched as one of those who had received a healing gave their healer a teary hug and exclaimed, “I never felt so loved!” This is the topic of our channeling for today.

One of the most common questions being asked these days is “I work so hard to do the right thing, love unconditionally, help those in need, live prayerfully… why am I still feeling so unloved?” The missing key is simple and yet mostly misunderstood… the missing key is self love.

What happens when most people are told that they must love themselves first and foremost? Usually a series of lessons: denial (“I won’t be selfish”), indignation (“I already know that”), judgment (“That’s selfish”), false starts (“So I’ll take a bubble bath and light some candles”) and eventually honesty (“But I don’t know how”). Until you get to the honesty stage there is little that can be done to help. Your world has created centuries of stultifying beliefs about this particular issue and, unfortunately, that same line of conviction still exists. For those of you with the passion for mastery which keeps you reassessing your beliefs, we offer this channeling.

Your soul came to this reality to learn many things, primary among these teachings is unconditional love of self… as you are right now and with no changes. Unless you are doing this effectively, mastery has little chance for success. If there is no love in your heart for yourself, then where does the love you share with others come from? Is there only love of others there? Can love only come to you from others? In this world of duality and balance, what is the balancing energy for loving others? Love without must be balanced by love within!

In mastery class, most of you were taught that you and everyone else on this planet are expressions of God/Goddess/All That Is here to have a physical experience for the purpose of growth. You were taught to love God/Goddess/All That Is unconditionally. You were taught to serve and be compassionate. Why, then, do you still exclude yourself from this teaching? YOU are an expression of God/Goddess/All That Is here to have a physical experience for the purpose of growth.

So what’s innovative about this information?

We wish you to understand the flow of what you are creating in every moment of your existence and how to work with it to realize your mastery.

Every thought that you have creates a thought form. Most thought forms exist just outside your aura waiting to be magnetized into action. For example, imagine that one day you have the thought that people who abuse children are evil. Immediately a thought form is created which waits for its activation. The more impassioned the original thought, the more eagerly it awaits. Then one evening you watch the news and there is a very sad and shocking story presented about the abuse of an innocent baby. Immediately the thought form activates, enters your aura and is empowered by emotion. You may add some more energy to it with discussion or contemplation and eventually your thoughts move on to other topics. At this point the original thought form transforms completely into an emotional resonance such as the resonance of hatred, revenge, outrage… and settles itself somewhere in your body.

Remember the universal law: Like attracts like? The changed thought form next seeks similar energy within the body and once the perfect match is found, it settles in there. If you had a lot of stress at work that day, the energy might lodge in the tight muscle in your neck or shoulders… and they grow unexpectedly tighter and more inflamed. Or if you happen to be experiencing a physical challenge such as cancer, the energy might lodge there.

Another universal law is: What you resist will persist. So even those of you who have learned to recognize the negative thought form with its resulting negative emotion and have also learned to acknowledge, forgive and release it continue with difficulty because this is the energy of resistance. The process may be hidden in the golden glow of a healing meditation, but you are still recognizing the energy as a negative which must be healed and/or extricated, i.e. resistance.

Most incipient masters eventually throw up their hands and surrender (yahoo!) and finally ask the question, “What am I missing here???”

And the answer is self love.

Every action taken by every human on your planet is taken in order to feel love. This is not to say that the action is therefore appropriate, it is only to state the origin and desire of all thought, action, emotion… love. Likewise, all humans have parts of themselves which they are not very proud of. For some, these parts can be quite obvious but for most they are quite well masked or ignored. You need only think of the embarrassing secret(s) you share with no one, such as: addictions, anger, love of gossip, affairs, physical problems, broken promises… there are truly too many to enumerate.

Samples? People gamble excessively to experience love (celebration, jealousy, admiration, etc.) in the form of “the big win”.

People gossip to show their wisdom, superiority, power… and thereby feel the love of those hanging on their every word.

People have affairs because they don’t feel loved (enough) within their existing relationship, so they seek it elsewhere.

People get plastic surgery to look like the models in the magazines because they feel that this is what society loves.

But does any of this work? Do they truly feel consistently and permanently loved as a result of all of it? What are they missing?

Self love.

Mastery School Key to Self Love:

Imagine that every thought you birth is one of your children. Just as you love all of your human children no matter what they do, say or become, love your thought children as well. When an unwelcome or negative thought that you have birthed reenters your aura, which it must, rather than resist it in any way, love it and welcome it home.

No, this will not empower it to create your reality in awful ways. We are not talking about focusing the intention of that thought and thereby manifesting it. This is about embracing, owning, being responsible for your own creations and loving them into health. Thought creates reality, so don’t think about the awful thought and go deep into its awfulness. Love the thought/emotion. By acknowledging the love that birthed it and focusing your energy on that love, the negativity naturally evolves, enlightens, transforms… you find the word that works for you.

We feel that this one act of loving acceptance will do more to heal your life and your planet than any other single process.

And once you have done this for yourself… then “love thy neighbor as thyself”. Share the pure and whole love that you have discovered for yourself with those people around you. The love that includes and embraces the frailties of ourselves and of others is truly love without agendas. In the light of that love, there is nothing to prove, live up to or fear. And in the pureness of love with no agendas, there is no need for negative actions to force others to conform to anything.

Thanksgiving is about celebrating the love that is given and received. We suggest that this year, before you sit down to dinner with your family and friends, you take the time to feel love so completely that your gratitude overflows. Feel the love of all that you are. Feel the love of all that is. Feel the love that originates all life. And then and only then, share that love with your world.
