Next... Your Light Body!

Welcome, as always, to this most interesting form of communication. Channeling is at least as fascinating to us on the ‘other side’ as it appears to be to those of you in the 4D physical experience. As you open your energy field to communication and we open ours, the light of our individual auras reaches out and creates a bridge of energy over which thought flows… communication the result. If you were to look at this bridge it would appear as a rainbow… a very beautiful rainbow indeed! You are used to the seven  colored experience of rainbows that appear in your beautiful planet’s atmosphere. The rainbow bridge of inter-dimensional communication of which we speak has many more colors than that… some of which are totally unknown to most of you.

As you contemplate this phenomenon, be aware that each of these arcs of color have sound as well. Those of you who are clairaudient are actually sensitive to these vibrant celestial sounds and, using this talent, quite a large number of you have also learned to hear the voices of those beyond your own dimension.

What we describe here will soon be ‘old news’ to your quickly evolving humanity. The shift is truly upon you and one of the immutable facets of the spiritual shift of mass consciousness is your awakening to your own light body with all the talents and wisdom that reside within. We suggest that you do not panic with uncertainty and we likewise suggest that you do not become over confident… there is much work to do and the work required is of such a personal nature that only you can do it.

It is time, dear Lightworker, to prepare your understanding of and connection to your light body. Please notice that we did not write that it is time to study your understanding and connection… but to prepare. If having a light body is a new concept to your 4D self, certainly follow whatever inclination guides you to research it’s meaning and learn what it is. As you do so, open yourself to the possibility that some part of you knows all there is to know about light body already… in fact, the light body is more accurately you than any physical vehicle you have ever experienced in 4D reality.

The good news is that it is not required or even crucial to find a sacred guru or sign up for a class filled with secret teachings of initiation and ritual. These old pathways which have served well for centuries and which, for some, will continue to serve, are part of the study process. Those teachings were meant as a means of learning that would give you tools for this time, not unlike your 4D schools. You send your children there for study, growth and maturing and then you expect them to graduate and move out into life where they will apply those studies well.

We suggest that you graduate from school, dear Lightworker. Own what you have learned over so many lifetimes of earth school, hang your diploma on the wall of your present lifetime and work joyfully as you activate your light body for what is next.

Why? Because many of you have come as far as you can along the ascension without fully conscious participation. It’s time to awaken… it’s time to apply what you know… it’s time to eschew all excuses… it’s time to embrace truth… it’s time to activate your light body!

And, as usual, the first step is meditation or contemplation or prayer… The serenity of inward peace opens you to communication with your own inner being and that inner being is your number one ally in the activation and brightening of your light body. As you become quiet and turn inward, feel the presence of your own light and divinity… and feel the love and friendship of your own inner being. As you feel all this, love it. As you love it, ask that it grow in intensity and that your resonance expand and lift in the name of light and love. Once you have asked that it expand and lift, ask that this expansion and lift be a constant process which is accomplished for the highest and best good of all and with harm to none. Then spend some time witnessing all that you have done and begun. Why? Because witnessing is the same as focusing your thoughts and intentions and when you focus your thoughts and intentions with feelings, they always  expand and become the experience that you call truth.

Enjoy this inner connection for as long as you like as a meditative state, and as you do, ask that it become a permanent part of your non-meditative state as well. Your feelings will clearly indicate the strength and validity of that permanent link and, with practice, you will quickly realize the friendship offered here.

The second step of light body activation is to claim and assimilate what you already know. How many ‘how to’ books have you read? How many initiations have you passed? How many teachers have certified and blessed you? How many lives have you lived? How many times have you awakened? How many times have you felt the presence of God? Well, step two of light activation, is to claim your own authority to be (and therefore do) all of that.

We understand that you believe that you have forgotten most of the details of those teachings. And truly, that is not significant. It is easy to memorize facts and regurgitate them… that is what knowledge is. True wisdom comes from the feeling you achieved with your training. True wisdom comes as you allow your life to evolve and change as your newly risen resonance attracts new experience. Wisdom lives in the feeling, the experiencing and the application of the lessons you have learned.

If you wonder what you received from your past… look at your present. Your life is showing you the answer – not necessarily as circumstance, but as the love present in your life today. And for those of you who feel that there is no love in your life, look within… love is most certainly present there.

Step three is to return what you carry that is not yours. Why? Because ascension is a solitary path. And that is what we are speaking of after all… activating your light body is, consciously or unconsciously, a major part of the ascension.

You will also find that it is much easier to raise your resonance and expand your light if you are not burdened with the issues of others. When you carry things for someone else, you are most often carrying their darkness… not their light. If it were light, you wouldn’t have felt that you needed to help in the first place! So you carry their darkness (which is only a lower level of light) for them and consequently, your light is lessened, too. Why? Because the law of entrainment requires that two resonances which exist in the same location (even energetically!) must come together… must adjust and combine. As you stubbornly carry the burden of another you will adjust your own resonance to the burden you have assumed on their behalf. So, in order to expand and brighten your light (which will grant you more ability to help) return their burden to them… not to the ‘them’ that is still in trouble, pain or fear, however… return the encumbrance to the higher self of the person for whom you have postponed your ascension. As you do, we suggest that you also offer a healthy dose of forgiveness to them and to yourself for the misguided empathy which caused you to entangle yourself in their problems in the first place.

And with the forgiveness, send them love to lift them into pure understanding, healing and awareness… a gift of light with no conditions attached. As you become clearer and lighter and as you carry only the energy which is yours, your ascension path becomes reactivated… Not from the beginning but from the place where you left off.

It is from this point that you energetically approach a gateway… And this gateway is the fourth step.

The fourth, and in some ways the most powerful step, is to understand judgment and thereby realize that it is a wondrous tool that you use which shows you where you are still weak and your resonance low. Acknowledge what you judge and look upon that judgment as loving guidance. Bless it with truthful perception and understanding… love it into freedom.

Judgment is the mirror which so many teachers describe. As you look at another and judge them, you look at and judge your own self. Can you embrace that teaching and own it? If so, you can also be done with it and move on.

The problem, however, is that as you have been told so many times: ‘What you resist will persist.’ And, of course, this is true of judgment as well! When you catch yourself judging another, don’t fight the thought, claim it as your own lesson. Embrace the mirrored lesson and your own freedom and humanness that allows you to learn this way and then move your thoughts higher. Clarity and understanding await you and with them come release from the judgment altogether.

Step five is to directly fill yourself with light using self love – love turned inward. Your body is a vehicle created for the convenience and use of your soul. One of its many talents is to store energy, and one of the cleanest, most vibrant and efficient forms of energy stored therein is light. This is why physical, mental, emotional and spiritual vibrance is such big business in your 3D/4D physicality! All beings who share your conscious world crave the health and well-being that come from a fully activated light body.

Living foods are purveyors of light.

Positive, loving thoughts are purveyors of light.

Love filled emotions flow light.

Divine spiritual resonance shines, enhances and expands light.

Whether you know it or not, you are a light seeking consciousness and in this unique and transformational time, more light is becoming available with each passing moment. You have but to accept it, grow it and share it.

Worldly love, love turned outward, is the sixth step which not only offers light to the world but helps all (including yourself) en-lighten. This is true service and it can be accomplished by anyone, anywhere, anytime.

Are you aware that even your slightest intention has impact upon the fabric of reality? Imagine therefore what the impact will be if you add emotion and focus to that ‘slightest intention’!

Your thoughts for peace do empower peace. Your thoughts for joy do empower joy.

Do you remember the definition of belief? A belief is a repetitive thought. So what is the impact of habitual, repetitive thought? It creates your reality and impacts the world, of course! So what if you have bought into the belief that ‘war is inevitable’ or ‘old age is a curse’ or ‘money corrupts’? How many similar beliefs are held by the minds of your world’s populace?

It is time to command your thoughts and choose your beliefs wisely. Practice during quiet and positive times so that you will be prepared for more difficult situations. We suggest you develop the habit of perpetual prayer… consciously chosen and empowered perpetual prayer. Like what? Like: Let there be peace on earth and let it begin with me. Like: Bless you! Like: Namasté. Like: May you be blessed with love and light always.

Give the universe your participation in the creation of a new paradigm. As more and more activated lightworkers join their energies for peace, the day of its realization approaches with increasingly greater speed and your contribution is significant to that success!

The seventh step to activating your light body is what you would expect it to be: unconditional love. Conditional love, false beliefs, negative judgments and simple laziness have outlived their purpose… their life expectancy is (thankfully) short. As you fill yourself with light you will begin to experience a level of love that has been forgotten by most humans eons ago. Universal love has always been available and has been attained even recently by some. Much to their frustration, as they endeavored to share what they found,  they quickly learned that it lost something in the translation… simple words did not do it justice… only personal experience succeeds in the permanent understanding and knowing of this truth.

Today your world is opening to this universal love as it prepares to meet each and every one of you on the rainbow bridge of communication and ascension. Universal love aligns all who ask with the colors, the sounds, the experience… the knowing… of God.
