Can You Channel Lemuria? Greetings to you all! We would like to suggest to you that you use this delightful time of winter and hibernation to turn inward and seek your own wondrous intuition. Almost three weeks of this month of February 2008 is filled with a mercury retrograde period and, as well, we encourage you to let this planetary presentation be about meditation and introspection rather than difficulties and miscommunications. Therefore, this month’s channeling is about an inward journey which, hopefully, will bring you to a new understanding of the potentials of the shift you are presently enjoying. What do you believe about Lemuria? We ask you to take some time this winter and contemplate this mysterious and magical land. The surprising and actually, quite refreshing aspect of this assignment is that it is virtually a virgin topic in your present reality. What do we mean by that? We mean that very little has been written or channeled about Lemuria and therefore few of you have preconceived notions about that wondrous continent. As you know, your beliefs (i.e. repeated thoughts) create your reality. Therefore, as you contemplate a topic for which you have few or no beliefs, you will experience an awesome freedom which inevitably leads to an unexpected flow of intuitively gathered information. One of the most interesting aspects of true intuitive flow is that those who accomplish it either have few solid, inflexible beliefs or they are quite good at setting their own egos (and the amassed beliefs that go with them) aside. Topics like Lemuria offer that same experience quite easily for the reasons stated above. So… here are some questions to consider: What do you believe about Lemuria? Do you believe it truly existed? When do you feel it was a part of Gaia’s physical reality? Where do you suspect it was? What was its geographical makeup? And what was the Lemurian climate like? Can you describe the citizenry? How did the people fill their days and nights? What was unique about Lemurian families? Why did they choose to incarnate in partnership with Gaia and why at that particular time in history? We suggest you pause your reading here and take a little time to meditate on a few (or all) of the questions suggested above. Enjoy the experience of being untouched by the teachings or beliefs of others as you channel your own answers… Or, if you happen to be one of the few who has read and studied about Mu, take some time in meditation to understand and evolve the beliefs you already have. Then read on and enjoy what we know about Lemuria… the Continent of Universal Peace. What we know about Lemuria is that it did, indeed, exist. This huge continent was located in what you now call the Pacific Ocean. Please be aware, however, that the topography of your blessed planet has changed considerably since those days. Neatly fitting a long skinny continent between the Americas and Australia and Asia will not quite serve. Allow your imaginations to ‘see’ what shapes these land masses held then and please don’t judge yourself wrong if they appear very different from today’s continental design, for truly, they were. As travelers approached Lemuria from the water and saw it for the first time, they were impressed by the way it seemed to float above the water. This optical illusion came from the nearly constant outline of fog which hugged the shoreline and often concealed the view inland. Have you ever watched the movie Brigadoon? It tells the story of a magical town which exists in the mist. We suggest that the original inspiration for that ‘mist-ical’ town came from the author’s Soul memories of the beauty and simplicity of Lemurian life. Topographically, Mu was blessed with a typical variety of geological features. The long, beautiful shoreline was mostly made of very white sand and was easily accessed, however, there were long portions along the southern and southwestern reaches which were extremely rocky and cliff lined. Inland, the valleys and plains enjoyed very mild weather with typical winter snows relegated to the mountains. Most Lemurians lived in the lowlands and enjoyed the plentiful food production of the farms. What you would observe as different from your own planetary experience is the exquisite cleanliness of the water, the purity of the air, the vibrance of the plant kingdom and the peacefulness of the animals and people. Lemurians understood the importance of the five elements: Earth, Air, Fire, Water, Ether, and therefore worked with them as part of everything. Their homes, businesses, sacred buildings, bodies were all balanced and aligned with the five elements constantly. Their work honored the importance of this understanding and balance as essential to the successful completion of all work. Have you wondered if there were work, commerce and jobs in Lemuria? Of course there were. Most of the citizens bought what they needed that they did not personally produce using several different forms of exchange, some which we would judge to be a form of money and more typically, an exchange of goods or services. Sārra and the channel’s work as Lemurian Dreamers was subsidized with gifts of food, simple chores and clothing which sustained them while they were performing their duties. Healers and teachers were often paid in goods or money as each service was performed. Lemurians incurred no debt from owning homes or vehicles nor did they suffer with taxes of any form. When work for the common good was required, skilled volunteers gathered and performed the labor, again with gifts of food and any other necessities given joyfully by all who would benefited from the given job. Did you expect us to say that they were ‘above’ commerce? Or perhaps you intuited that they didn’t need commerce as you know it. Well, that is also true. There were many highly evolved beings who were Lemurian and who were skilled in the manifestation of their needs. The resonance of these people was so pure and loving that they were naturally the teachers, healers and leaders of that sacred society. Their days were filled with study, play, service and sharing – their lives blessed with the inner peace of fully realized beings. And what of relationship in Lemuria? You would find that the highly evolved beings of Mu enjoyed partnerships which were consciously chosen and aligned primarily by resonance and found by resonant signature (the resonance of the aura). Because these people understood and practiced unconditional love as an expression of unity, all were loved, all gave love, all received and felt love. The dedication to partnership was not, therefore, to find and be completed by love, it was to align with another with similar dreams and pathways. This alignment could last a short time or for centuries – the longevity of the relationship was a shared choice with no judgment or guilt involved. Partners who joined for the purpose and joy of creating children most often remained together throughout the childhood and adolescence of their progeny but their parental experience was much lighter than what is known in your present reality because of the willing and passionate involvement of family and community. Furthermore, the schools were designed to inspire students in their growth and learning and to prepare them for their chosen work. The final year or years of their education was what you would call apprenticeship. And, again, the students did not suffer from poverty, mountains of debt or even the need to work jobs while they studied. The years dedicated to each child’s education were supported joyfully by their communities and their families which allowed the students full focus to be on their chosen studies. There was also little pressure to seek ‘better’ or higher class jobs - all professions were honored and encouraged according to the talents and preferences of the child. In Lemurian sexuality was enjoyed without your modern problems of birth control because conception was controlled energetically. Had you heard that Lemurians were androgynous? Well, some were, but not all. Physicality was quite a bit less dense in the days of Mu. The most highly evolved of its citizenry could design and manifest their bodies according to the experience they desired. Male, female, androgynous – all were options that were chosen, not simply received. Crime did not exist in Lemuria. Why? Primarily because all Lemurians were telepathic. Telepathy only happens for people without secrets so secrets were not kept. Lies cannot be hidden from intuitive and telepathic beings, so no lies were told. Dissonance and imbalance were easily detected because almost all Lemurians could see, feel, sense and even smell and taste auras. Immediately as an imbalance permeated the aura of any citizen, it was dealt with by the healers who were always available. The highly evolved citizens of Lemuria were healers, sages, mystics, teachers, dreamers and leaders. They spent their days working quietly for the awakening of humankind and for the evolution of universal peace. They moved easily between dimensions, meditated without pause, loved, laughed, played and worked. And they set a plan in motion to be available to mankind – even all these millennia later – to assist in this next, great, transformational shift which we are all experiencing today. Does this sound idyllic? We hope so. Does it sound at all possible? Again, we hope so. Why do we write about it here and now? Because you are all being steeped in the truth and the understanding that what you think about and what you fill with passion, you create. We are hoping you will think about this idyllic land and become passionate about its existence. We are hoping you will begin to rebirth Lemuria into your present day world. What were the passions and the prayers of all Lemurians? They were for love, for light and for Universal Peace. That passion still flows and their prayers continue. As you feel similar energy, you join with them and with uncountable others from places and dimensions beyond your present experience who are deeply dedicated to the success of the great shift. Simply and tenaciously imagine your world experiencing vibrant peace and then let that vision expand throughout all that is. And remember, if you can imagine it, you can create it.
