Welcome, Lightworkers! Before you read further, take a moment to breathe consciously and to align with or settle into your Sacred Heart Center. Feel the peace that enfolds you as you give yourself this moment of pure receiving, pure peace and pure love. And so we begin.

How are you doing with Multiversal Living? We suspect that if you are aware of the process and the shifts that have gotten you to this point in your journey that you are quickly learning to adjust. As you do, be aware that one of the important functions that you can offer is to teach those who are unaware, confused or simply in denial.

For those of you who love to teach, that message is quite welcome. For those of you who have no desire or feel you have no talent for teaching, we wish to reassure you that simply living multidimensionally is enough – for in this way you will be a living example of this latest reality adjustment and also those which follow.

One of the primary causes of stress is contradictory or untrue beliefs. For those of you dealing with great stress as a result of this latest round of energy adjustment it will help you immensely to search out the beliefs you still hold which were completely valid and true in the 3D and 4D reality and which, in the multi-D, no longer work.

Like what? Like time, like karma, like isolationism, like duality.

In Lemuria, multi-dimensional life was the natural process. Beings from throughout your world would study with the Lemurian elders to develop their sensitivity and awareness of the process and the potentials inherent therein. Are you aware that many of you alive today are Lemurians who are voluntarily here to resume your teachings while others of you are former students desirous of applying your training in a ‘real world/real time’ virtual final exam. This makes for a very dynamic opportunity! And, by the way, students – your passing grade is assured! And once you claim your graduation, new students await your teachings.

 The title of today’s channeling is ‘The Power of One’. We would like to help you to recognize this at a few levels.

1) There is a tendency in your reality to be impressed by the grandeur of large gatherings. This can take many forms - television presentations with large numbers of viewers, websites with overflow traffic, books with massive readerships, classes and services with sell-out audiences  – the examples are easy to find. And yet, there are wondrous offerings happening in small groups and one-on-one sessions worldwide. Are you aware that these humble methods are often more impactful in your reality than the larger venues? Why? Because they are very personal and because they are more individually aimed. For those of you who are working in this way, please don’t become discouraged or feel that you are failing to teach effectively. In most cases your message is actually having more long-term, Soul energizing impact than the larger venues manage to achieve.

We encourage you to see yourself in partnership with the marvelous teachers, guides and healers who have opened their experience to these larger events.  Imagine that, in this partnership, they introduce ideas and topics to the masses and you work with the individuals to develop the teachings to a deeper and more personal level.

Please realize that if you have a class with only three students and those three students tell three more and so on for ten days, your teachings will have touched more than 59,000 people. You, as the one teacher, need only encourage and inspire your students to share freely and lovingly.

1) The Power of One is also about focus. Are you a habitual multi-tasker? Are you proud that you can drive to work while speaking on your cell phone, applying your makeup, programming your electronic map and tapping your toe to the latest number one hit? Do you eat lunch while you continue working at your desk? Do you play solitaire on the computer while you talk to your friends on the phone? Are your days full of this type of split-attention activity?

We would like you to answer this question: What do you do with full focus? If your answer is ‘nothing’ or even ‘very little’ we suggest that you begin to choose one focused activity every day. Please notice that we didn’t say, stop multi-tasking. We simply suggested that you pick one endeavor each day and fulfill that one thing without combining or overlaying others. Why? Because with this you will discover the power of focus, greater peace of mind, increased quality of result and perhaps even the experience of genius.

Einstein is quoted as having said, “The difference between average and genius is focus.” Why not find out for yourself?

1) Can you imagine the impact on your relationships if you learned to give the gift of singular focus to them by allowing your thoughts and your attention to center on the person with whom you are connecting at any given moment?

In conversation with your spouse, see them in this moment, listen to their words here and now, let go of the past and connect through your Sacred Heart Center now. As you talk to your children, keep your mind off the bills, appointments and work. If you listen fully you will discover that your children respond to your attentiveness and communicate more fully also.

And with people outside your family, be fully present for them as well – from the receptionist at your dentist’s office to your clients at work – be in your oneness for them and you will discover that you aren’t missing things, are less stressed and that the memory that you were certain was waning is still strong and functional. Oneness is the doorway to this, too.

1) As you see through the inner vision of your Sacred Heart Center you will see the Divine everywhere. Some of you have tried to do this before (many times) and have given up. We suggest that you continue trying until you get it.

Have you discovered the reason for your previous failures to enter the Oneness? If you have, please begin to build new beliefs to support the dissolution of those difficulties and blockages. And if you have not found the core issues yet, look at your life and observe any difficulties there. What are they trying to teach you? Do you feel that you are not worthy of more? Do you feel you do not deserve Oneness? Have you been taught humbleness which requires you to be last in line? Do you believe that you have done something awful in this or a past life which denies you entrance to the One?

If so, where were you when almost every religion and spiritual teaching offered the simple truth that the Divine is instantaneously and completely forgiving? If you have not heard this before, then hear it now. And if you have heard it before and accepted its truth, be aware that the only thing preventing your access to the One is your ego which is desperately trying to be special. Hmmm…

And even for this, the Divine is instantaneously and completely forgiving. Accept this and begin to see Source everywhere for truly, Seeker, everything is God.

1) It is a great gift to self to develop your dream, your vision, your goal – your true path. The channel is dedicating much of her time to helping others do just that. Why? As she reads for others, she often asks the querent what their dream is. To her surprise about 95% of the people have either no idea or such a vague idea that they have difficulty verbalizing it. This is quite surprising in your society which is so very goal oriented and we feel it substantiates the fact that there is a lot of confusion around the concepts of goals, dreams and one’s true path.

To us, your true path is the work your Soul came to this planet to fulfill. It is the way your Soul learns, grows and plays, and your Soul’s one true path is to experience love.

So what is your dream?

Have you ever sat in a group where this question is posed and each member of the gathering is given time to respond? Usually, the answers begin with things like: ‘To be the best mother I can’, or, ‘To become rich’, or, ‘To retire at 50’. And then, usually, one person claims the goal of service or charity work. Soon after that the discussion begins to spiral around the appropriateness of each person’s dream compared to the others and as judgment soon follows the discussion comes to a frustrating end.

Your personal dream is the action your personality and Soul enjoy during your life as you experience love. Throughout your lives you can (and probably will) enjoy many dreams. Throughout your Soul’s infinite life, you will enjoy one true path.

Believe it or not, many have judged this concept as ‘boring’. We understand that those people simply do not grasp the concept.

As you live life on the one true path, you will enjoy myriad different happenings and adventures while you permeate those experiences with love. So, if your goal is to be the best mother you can, infuse your mothering with love constantly. If your deepest desire is to become rich, love the work that renders those rewards and everything about it. If you want to retire at 50, daydream lovingly about what that will be like and how you will spend your days after retirement. And if you feel that service and charity work are your vision of useful life work, love that opportunity and especially love those you volunteer to help.

And as you choose your dream, allow singular focus to enliven the passion and love accessed in your Sacred Heart Center.

1) Are you still looking for your answers outside yourself first? Duality is maintained in individuals who seek answers, experiences, results, healings, guidance, etc. outside themselves automatically. This is one of the reasons that teachers have seemed to harp on the practice of meditation. When you meditate, you teach yourself to travel inward. Meditation guides you to access your own Inner Being and your own Heart Center. And, in meditation, you learn that there is a doorway to higher resonance and fuller experience.

We suggest that you learn to turn inward to find answers and to prepare your actions – similar to using your eyes to see your environs automatically, use your heart to journey perpetually. This is the secret to multidimensional living that is so boggling to those who have not learned to journey inward.

The single path to the Sacred Heart Center opens to all the paths of all realities. And what’s more, because the Sacred Heart Center is only accessed in the resonance of unconditional love, you begin your journey in full safety. When you begin your activities with inner journey preparation, you align with your Soul’s loving guidance and expanded vision. The one path leads to the many and then back to the one – i.e. As you begin with the inner alignment, you open to so many choices and opportunities which eventually lead you to Oneness. Delightful.

We began this channeling with a request that you center in your Sacred Heart before reading on. This was purposefully intended to align you with the One before opening to this column and its several ideas. By aligning with the One first, your focus, your intention and your ability to receive are all enhanced and the teachings easily understood and considered.

Can one person really make a difference? Absolutely. And as we have often said, ‘You are the one.’
