Living Light and Balance, Flying Dragon Readings, Divine Grace Healing, Sacred Living...Now! SoulFull Notes and any other entities, contributors or publishers on this website (hereunto referrer to as "Flying Dragon Readings" or "FDR") provides its service to you subject to the following Terms of Service, which may be updated anytime without notice.  This agreement is made effective as of the date and time of electronic execution.

 

Terms of Payment

By clicking the box labeled “I agree” to the terms of the Pay by PayPal terms, you authorize the information provided to be used for the creation of an electronic funds transfer (EFT), and you authorize a debit of the full amount of your order from Your PayPal Account, Checking Account, Credit Card or Preferred Funding Source.

 

Refunds

Flying Dragon Readings offers no refunds of any kind.

 

Receipt of Payment

Prior to Flying Dragon Readings providing the service or product you request, you agree to pay the full amount for that service.  If for any reason FDR is unable to charge your account with the full amount of the services provided, or if FDR is charged back for any fee it previously charged to the account you provided, you agree that FDR may pursue all available remedies in order to obtain payment.

 

Assumption of Risk

You understand and agree that the service you purchase is provided "AS-IS" and that Flying Dragon Readings assumes no responsibility to any person or entity with respect to any loss or damage related directly or indirectly to the information on this site. No warranties of any kind express or implied are made. FDR will provide no remedy for indirect, consequential, punitive or incidental damages arising from this site, including such from negligence, strict liability, or breach of warranty or contract, even after notice of the possibility of such damages.
