have joined the Lemurian Sanctuary as a
member... Thank you for your trust and
your willingness to participate!! If you
have received your Lemurian Dreamwork
and are wondering what you should do
next... Here are a few ideas:

Think about the request you sent me for
your Lemurian Dreamwork. If the original
request was long,
try compacting it lovingly into one
sentence that will hold the resonance of
your dream. As you meditate each day,
take that sentence with you and feel the
dream you (hopefully) deeply,
passionately and lovingly desire. And
know that you are not alone in the
creation, manifestation and attraction
of your dream.
\Think
also about the answer I sent you. In it,
you have a fairly detailed description
of your Sacred Heart Center as it
presented itself for this work. Go
there. Understand it. Love it. WANT it.
Be grateful for it. This is your
dream and as you work with it, you
empower me to help you even more.
\Remember
that Lemurian Dreamers continue to
support your dream until it is
fulfilled, changed or stopped. You are
not alone and I will not stop my
support of your desire. Likewise, I will
not usurp your free will or judge your
request. My work continues 'for the
highest and best good of all and with
harm to none' until the job is done.
Period.
\Meditate daily
with your dream in your heart... even if
you only do this for a few
minutes you will create profound
transformation where you want it.
If you are unsure how to do this, use
your imagination... daydream...
fantasize... and as you do, pour love
into your dream. Once your meditation is
done, allow the love to continue
pouring...

Make your Sacred Heart Center part of
your energy (and part of your life). How? If you are an artist,
draw it. If you love to write or
journal, write about it. If you have an
altar, add elements of your sacred space
to your altar. Find ways to bring the
sacred space which I described to you in
your Lemurian Dreamwork into this
reality... this dimension. You will be
amazed at the power of the bridge that
this creates.

Center in the love that you are... feel
love... send love... learn to awaken the
energy of love and to live in it always,
envision joy, be love, imagine Universal
Peace.
\
When you meditate, go often to the
Sacred Space that was described to you
in your Lemurian Dreamwork. Get to know
your space well and work to evolve it
into something even more beautiful,
useful and significant to your path.
\
There is an old writer's trick... use
your 5 physical senses to bring more
reality to your meditation. See
the terrain, the buildings, the animals,
the guides. Feel the textures of
your sacred space. Smell the
aromas wafting from the flowers, the new
mown grass... even the passing
rainstorm. Hear the music of the
birds, the wind in the leaves, the waves
at the nearby beach. Taste the
salt of the ocean air, the sweetness of
the healing waters, the berries growing
on a nearby bush.
\
Keep notes about your work in your
Sacred Heart Center. You will be amazed
how much it changes and how much you
forget... Your notes will be a wonderful
diary of your journey.
\
Use your imagination lavishly! Your
imagination is the key which
unlocks the doorway to other dimensions.
\
Be
gentle with yourself and with your
results. Sometimes the effort yields
tiny growth... sometimes your reality
turns upside down (gently and elegantly,
of course!) and sometimes you simply
leap to new potential...
\
Be
in command of your work! Only allow
positive energy, positive growth,
joyful, loving experience, loving and
divine guides... Never settle for less
than the Divine and don't delude
yourself into playing with lower
energies for the thrill... Whatever you
empower with the energy of love will
expand exponentially... choose what you
will expand.
