How
to use a variety of metaphysical tools...
1.
Quartz Crystals
Why
will I begin with Quartz Crystals? Because we have reached a
point in our awakening process when the crystals are more awake
and more available to work with than they have been in many
centuries! If you would like a tool which is truly aligned with
the Divine Feminine and which is fully blessed by our planet,
crystals are at the top of the list...
Over the next few days:
Meditate with your
crystal...
Hold your crystal
often...
Practice sending love to
your crystal...
Practice feeling love
being sent to you from your crystal.
And then align with your
Sacred Heart Center and begin...
\ When you are
given a new crystal, or when you buy one, or simply when you
reacquaint yourself with one which is an old friend... the first
step is to get to know your crystal. Begin by holding and
enjoying the feel of the crystal and when you are ready, give it
a gentle and loving bath.
\ My
favorite bathing technique is a simple washing in tepid water
with a gentle soap. Very cold or very hot water can damage or
even shatter your crystal. Harsh soap can scratch it. And salt
baths will cleanse EVERYTHING from your crystal... including the
positive memories and energies... Letting your crystal sit in
the light of the sun or the moon is glorious but be careful...
crystals can magnify light and intensify it enough to start a
fire... I know this is true because I have a lovely, deep burn
mark in the center of my dining room table. Use light to cleanse
your crystal carefully and with awareness.
\ It is
also important to remember that everything is God and that
everything is alive.
\ And the
number one tool for communicating with your crystal is your
imagination!
\ So,
hold and work with your crystal. Learn your crystal's contours
and surfaces. Observe what the occlusions within your crystal
suggest... Notice what shapes they form, what colors, what
intensities... What do you see inside your crystal?
\ And
fill your crystal with love and light. They chose to be with
you, honor them with your participation.

a meditation to travel into the crystal and meet its Guardian...
