Five Beings Lemurian Oneness Ceremony
This week
your healing work in the Lemurian Oneness Ceremony will
be very private... So as you begin, imagine that you are
in a very lovely room in one of the healing temples of
Lemuria. Decorate it as you like... make it beautiful,
peaceful, filled with the energy of healing and love...
Notice that the walls are made of some kind of
opalescent stone and the floors are beautiful amethyst
or rose quartz. Light glows softly from candles set on
small shelves on the walls and the air is filled with
the slight scent of roses.
You stand
in the center of the room. In a moment 5 beings join you
there... they stand facing you in a semi-circle... and
they all look exactly like you! In fact, each is a
different aspect of you... On the far left is that part
of you which is your physical body. This one looks
exactly as you do, however, as you observe your body you
find that you can see the health of your body, both its
strengths and its weaknesses, quite easily. The 2nd
aspect of you is mostly silvery blue with flashes of
other colors moving through. This second being is your
mental body and within it you can clearly observe the
state of your mind and thoughts. In the middle of the
semi-circle, the 3rd being is mostly red and orange and
it is your emotional body. Even as you observe it and
feel you understand it, it shifts and changes to other
colors and then back again... The 4th being is made of
gold and white light and is your spiritual body... It
simply smiles and waits to see what happens next. And on
the far right, the 5th being is cobalt blue... your
etheric body. Within this one you can see the potential
for all that you experience with your other bodies...
And you
hear a voice, "Your job today is to offer healing,
balancing, alignment, clearing and love to each of your
five bodies... Begin with your etheric body on the
right. As you complete each healing, invite that aspect
to blend with you. And remember, the more love you give
them, the more elegant your healing work will be!"
So you
relax, breathe 3 times deeply and then turn with loving
intent toward your etheric body. You approach it and, as
you do, you take time to analyze what work might be
needed here. (For example: Is the light dim? Or cloudy?
Or filled with shadows?) As you see what is 'irregular',
lift your hands and begin to send healing light from
your palms, your heart center and your 3rd eye to your
own etheric body. Once you feel that this work is
complete, imagine that the flow of light changes into a
rainbow that connects your chakras with the chakras of
your etheric body. You watch with delight as your
etheric body walks toward you... You open your arms and
welcome your healed etheric body home.
Next you
turn toward your spiritual body and observe the light
there. Is it full of love? Is it bright and shining? Is
it dull and needing balancing? Notice what is needed
here and again, lift your hands and begin to send
healing light from your palms, heart center and
3rd eye... Watch your spiritual body shine even brighter
as it fills and overflows with love! When the healing
feels done, the rainbow bridge between your chakras
forms and your spiritual body steps forward, you open
your arms and you welcome your spiritual body home with
a hug.
Your
emotional body stands in the center... is it waiting its
turn patiently? As you observe your emotional body you
can actually feel the emotions which are dominant in
your life coming from it. Again, connect with love and
begin to balance your own emotions... healing them with
love, respect, patience, courage, compassion... And when
ready let the rainbow bridge connect you and facilitate
your blending.
Your mental
body looks very angular and firm... Colors flash from it
like lightning... What can you learn about your mental
state and your thoughts by observing your mental body?
Learn first and then heal and balance... give your
mental body love and freedom... Watch as it softens and
loosens up. Continue the healing until the rainbow forms
and you blend with love.
The health
of your physical body is obvious and easy to read. With
all the power and assistance of your etheric, spiritual,
emotional and mental selves, give your physical body the
healing it wants. Spend as much time as you need on this
healing... and when you are done, the rainbow forms and
you welcome your healed physical body home with deep
love and gratitude...
And you
are one...

Healing with the Rays of Light Ceremony
The sun is
bright and the air clear and crisp today... Just a while
ago I went inward to my sacred space to prepare for the
Lemurian Oneness Ceremony... I used Source breath to
align and balance (Do you remember Source Breath? In
with Divine Light and Love ~ Out with Divine Light and
Love... Perfect Receiving ~ Perfect Giving). My
intuitive vision easily aligned with the members of the
Sanctuary... but before I could begin today's work, a
strong shaft of White Light blasted into the space and
filled me with such joy! As soon as I was ready to open
my intuitive eyes and observe, I saw that every member
of the group was also being blessed and filled by a
shaft of luminous, pure White Light... How glorious!
And even as
I noticed... The White Light changed to Violet and the
healing portion of the Lemurian Oneness Ceremony
began...
Each of you
who have been members for a while... You know that the
ceremony will work on each of the 5 parts of self which
you experience in your present reality:
Body
Mind
Emotion
Spirit
Etheric
Today...
with this ceremony... apply the rays as they shine on
and through you to those 5 parts and orchestrate your
healing... I will list them here in the same order in
which I experienced them...
First came
the White Light which prepares the way and fills
you with the essence of Source.
Second came
the Violet Ray... This ray is said to eradicate
negativity in all its forms. Many believe it to be the
highest ray available in our reality (although that just
might be old information!).
Third is
the Indigo Ray... Let this glorious ray bless and
heal your intuitive centers and open your brain/mind to
greater capacity and conscious use.
Fourth is
Sky Blue with Silver... This is one of the
primary rays of Peace... What do you sense it's
other talents are?
Fifth is
Emerald Green/Gold/Pink... Unconditional Love
Sixth comes
the pure Golden Ray. As your Ego unites with your
Soul... your Higher Self... your Divine Self
Seventh is
Coral suffused with Bronze. They touch your field
with joy, passion and fun...
Eighth is
Magenta... Why Magenta? To base your next efforts
in Compassion.
And
finally... A Goddessy... feminine... Silver Ray
to align you with Gaia and all She is working to
accomplish today.
Continue
working with the rays and allowing them to do their work
until you feel that they diminish and recede... And
remember to give thanks!
Deeksha
Today the
Light of Deeksha will create a special focus on the left
frontal lobe of your brain. As you sit in quiet
meditation, feel the Golden Light of the Oneness
Blessing descend and enter your head. Yes, it does also
work with the back lobes where the monkey mind chatters
on... but the primary focus will be the left frontal
where bliss is experienced. Why? Because so many people
are suffering from anxiety and fear lately that there
has been a request to heal depression and empower
optimism...
Feel the
Gold Light loving and blessing your mind and welcome the
lift into more positive frequencies!
When you
are ready, feel the Gold Light continue down to your
Heart Center and allow it to heal, balance, align and
expand... In fact, it expands until the entire Universe
is filled with Gold Light... Take your time and be part
of this blessing!
Darshan
There is a
Divine Spark which lives in the Sacred Heart Center of
every living being. Today, look inward toward your own
Sacred Heart Center and witness your Divine Spark.
Once you
have done that, use your intuition to look toward the
other members of the Sanctuary and see their Divine
Sparks shining brightly and with deep love.
Sit in this
awareness until you are complete!

The
Amphitheatre in Lemuria
I call upon the Divine to
bless us all with Light and Love. I also call upon the
Sacred Rays of Living Light
to bless each of us with
healing, balancing, alignment and enlightenment.

There were
so many locations dedicated to healing in Lemuria...
Have you ever wondered why? It wasn't that there were so
many sick people... not at all! It was that there were
so many people dedicated to growth. The Lemurians
remembered who they were. They KNEW unequivocally that
they were the children of God... cells of Source...
Beings of Light and Love... And they KNEW that their
path was to grow and by growing, to help Source to grow
as well.
Not far
from one of the main healing cities there was an
amphitheatre dedicated to divine healing and growth. It
was built outside the city in order to insure its
peaceful frequency. The structure itself was white and
looked as if it were made of luminescent pearl. The
seating was circular and bench style and appeared to be
golden... The frequency of the seats in the outer rim
was set to 'love' and as you moved inward toward the
center, the love frequency intensified, rarefied and
became quite unconditional.
Lights
(rays) were often used to alter the type of healing
experienced by the seekers who made up the audience.
Music was
used in many forms as well.
Crystals
were part of every station or seat and could be attuned
to the special needs of the seeker.
And healers
circulated constantly to give aid to any who required
it.
Today, all
the members of our Lemurian Sanctuary gathered in this
exquisite amphitheatre. We filled many rows... some
choosing to sit high and above the central altar area...
some choosing to sit front and center. There are four
Master Healers standing in the very center on a raised
dais with a huge healing crystal standing boldly in the
middle. As we all sit in quiet meditation, a simple
ceremony begins...
The Healers
step away from the beautiful quartz crystal and approach
four of the Sanctuary members. They bow deeply and
telepathically invite them to come up to the crystal.
You are one of the first... Stand and approach the
crystal... it is taller than you are and quite
magnificently faceted. All the instructions you receive
come to you telepathically... You are now told to place
your hands upon the face of the Healing Crystal that
feels most aligned with your ascension. You study the
crystal carefully and then, almost without a conscious
decision, you place your hands flat on one of the
surfaces of this magnificent quartz.
You hear
the most beautiful music you have ever experienced...
Lights flash and energy buzzes through your body. Feel
the blessed energy of Source as the crystal amplifies it
and directs it to you. Focus one by one on each process
as this blessing touches you energetically and offers
you healing and frequency adjustments in
Body
Mind
Emotion
Spirit
Etheric
When
you feel that the work is complete, either go back to
your seat and meditate or stay where you are and help
with the healings of the other members of the Sanctuary.
Deeksha
After the
last seeker is done, all participants return to their
seats. As soon as the last person is sitting and all
eyes are closed, the entire amphitheatre fills with the
Golden Light of the Deeksha... Oneness Blessing. As
always, the brains of all participants are adjusted to
accept ascension with elegance and ease. Each of us
feels the joy of this filling with Divine Light and Love
and gratitude is easy...
Then the
Gold Light descends into the Sacred Heart Center of all
and Unconditional Love is expanded...
We are
one... We Are one... We Are ONE!
Darshan
The Divine is everywhere in this
ceremony... Feel it within yourself... Blended and
alive...
And see the same in all the others
present for this Lemurian Oneness Ceremony...
When you are complete, the Light
softens and you return to the here and now...
grounded... lifted... expanded...
loving and loved!

Ceremony in my home in Lemuria
Today I welcome you all into
my home... Not my home in Michigan, but my home in
Lemuria. Imagine a sweet, small cottage deep in the
country. The cottage is simple and surrounded with flowers
and lovely shade trees. There is a small walkway made of
smooth stones leading from the path that pilgrims use to
find this place... the path leads directly to the front
door which stands open this morning to let the warm
breeze freshen the interior.
If you peek inside, you will see a
comfy room with overstuffed chairs. The room oozes peace
and comfort but is also quite simple and almost stark.
It is also empty...
So, I invite you to go around the
house to the beautiful garden in the back. There I am
waiting to welcome you and to offer you a personal
healing. If you feel inclined to share a dream request
with me, go ahead... I will be listening...
As you enter the garden, see that
there is a chair (quite a comfortable one!) positioned
in the very center of the area. The garden is redolent
with flowers, vegetables, shrubs and crystals... They
seem to encircle the healing area where the chair is
placed. I stand behind the chair and welcome you to my
home... I also invite you so seat yourself and to enjoy
the energies of the healing ceremony which will be
uniquely yours today.
Sit, close your eyes, center,
breathe gently, deeply and comfortably. As you sit with
closed eyes, your inner vision is FILLED with Violet
Light which fills your
Body...
aligning, blessing, balancing, clearing and loving.
Enjoy this as long as you feel its flow...
Next, you
notice that an Ultra-Blue Light fills your Mind...
and you understand more easily, think more clearly and
feel the calm of a mind well attuned...
And when
you are ready, you shift your attention to your Emotional
Body... and watch as it fills with the Magenta Light
of pure Compassion. And you understand the service you
are here to fulfill... to humanity... and to
yourself! Immerse yourself in the bliss of this
deep, deep compassion...
As the
Magenta Light fades, the metallic Gold, Silver, Bronze
and Platinum Lights sparkle throughout your
Spiritual
Being... ALL levels of your Spiritual Being! If you
have not witnessed life through the eyes of your Soul
before, this ability is now activated. If you are ready
to experience your life as Higher Self, Divine Self,
Ascended Self... the portal is opened NOW...
And as the
Spiritual Lights soften, your Etheric
Body alights... glowing Cobalt Blue Light... This is
your Etheric Double... It's clarity and perfection
create health, clarity, balance and awakening in your
physical reality... Welcome it... Thank it... Anticipate
more...
And you
continue to sit quietly in my garden as a column of Gold
Light descends from the Heart of the Divine and enters
your Crown Chakra... Filling your brain and adjusting
your mind for your ascension... Deeksha... You
relax as the voices of the old world minimize and bliss
expands throughout your conscious experience.
And then you notice that an Orb of
Gold Light floats gently toward you... hovers before
you... awaits your invitation...
And you invite this Orb of
Divinity to blend with you...
Darshan...
And you sit in Oneness with Source until you are
complete...
And, even
as you begin to open your eyes, you give thanks for this
wonderful experience of Unconditional Love...

The Healing Mirrors
Ceremony
Dear
Source,
Thank you for your patience as we work to remember our true
being! Thank you for loving us so much that you never judge us
or tell us what to do… Thank you for the remembrance of our
divinity that you are inspiring in more of us every day… We are
ready… It is time… We will do our part joyfully…
The Healing
As I settled into this week’s Oneness Ceremony I found that our
entire group was standing in a large room with low lights. All
the walls of the room were covered with mirrors… I was impressed
with the feeling of a Fun House with the funny mirrors. Beside
each mirror stood a guide and as we all watched, each of us was
invited to join a guide and stand before one of the mirrors. The
surface of each mirror was cloudy at first so no true reflection
showed. Soon, however, each guide (which I believe was actually
the Higher Self of each person there) invited each person to ask
the mirror some questions.
The first question was: ‘Would you please show me my physical
being in perfect health, balance and alignment?’
Immediately the fog in the mirror swirled and evaporated and we
each were given a clear image of ourselves in perfect health. As
we continued to watch, a rainbow of light connected our actual
bodies to the reflection and it felt as if the health, vitality,
balance and alignments which we saw in the mirror were being
transferred to our bodies via the rainbow light. For those of
you who visualize very well, the red light of the rainbow
connected 1st Chakra to 1st Chakra, the
orange connected the 2nd, the yellow connected the
Solar Plexus Chakras, the green connected the Heart Chakras, the
silver blue connected the Throat Chakras, the indigo connected
at the Third Eyes and the Violet Ray connected the Crown
Chakras. And we were all invited to hold this connection until
it felt complete and the light faded and the mirror became
cloudy again.
The second question was: ‘Would you please show me my mental
being in peace, clarity and joy?’
And the mirror cleared and we each saw an image of ourselves with
complete peace of mind. Looking into the eyes of our reflections
we were able to see both clarity of thought and true joy being
mirrored back… And once again the rainbow of light connected our
chakras and we each enjoyed the transference of energy…
The third question was: ‘Would you please show me my emotional
body… full, complete, positive and empowered?’
The mirror cleared and at first the reflection was of a
multi-colored sphere of light which pulse with vibrant life.
This sphere slowly took on the shape of our own bodies and again
the rainbow lights connected and transmitted the wisdom, joy and
vibrant energy of fully evolved emotion.
The fourth question was: ‘Would you please show me my spiritual
body as it truly is?’
And the mirror filled with the image of a golden being with an
aura the reached out to infinity. Looking into the eyes of the
golden one, we saw our own eyes… and this time the rainbow was
luminous with gold, silver, bronze and platinum sparkling in the
rainbow colors. The connection was divine… the bliss exquisite…
and we all stood in this flow of energy for quite some time.
The fifth question was: ‘Would you please show me my etheric
body?’
And the luminous cobalt blue of the etheric realm filled the
mirror and eventually coalesced into our own image. In that
image we saw the potential of what will be and could even see
doorways that would take us beyond imagination to greater
experience… All the rainbow colors were speckled with the
etheric blue and as they blessed our entire beings, we felt
blessed.
Deeksha
The sixth question was: ‘Would you please show me Deeksha?’
Our reflections stood ready in the mirror and as we watched we
could see the Golden Energies of the Oneness Blessing descend to
our Crown Chakras. As we observed the reflection we also felt
the experience… The mirror showed hands that were invisible
where we stood, and those hands guided the Gold Light to fill
our brains and make adjustments which would allow more mental
peace and more bliss. The hands moved to encourage our brains to
surrender the separation of left and right which prevents the
full, conscious use of the brain, too.
Next the hands in the mirror moved to the heart center of the
reflected self and blessed the Heart Chakra with Unconditional
Love.
And finally a hug and the Deeksha was complete.
Darshan
The seventh question was: ‘Would you please show me Darshan?’
And the mirror filled with Gold and White Light which quickly
poured from the mirror and into our hearts. As we received the
Darshan blessing, the Light continued to pour until the entire
room was aglow with the presence of God.
Once
again, please stay centered in your Sacred Heart and in the
loving energy of this ceremony for a few more minutes and while
you do, send Divine Light and Love to our dear Gaia and to all
the beings... human and others... who live here... We are the
ones who are here to create Universal Peace... not the only
ones, but certainly participants who are as vital to the success
of World and Universal Peace, growth, love and joy as any...

 The
Waterfall Ceremony
Dear Source,
The change is
complete… please help us all to know the change, live the truth
and recognize your presence in all things!
The Healing
This week’s Lemurian Oneness Ceremony focused mostly upon the
cleansing, healing and aligning of the Astral Bodies of all the
members. Why? Because the Astral Body is the focal point of
emotion in our Gaia experience. It is time for the emotions to,
not only heal, but also be available and accessible for the
wisdom they hold. Thus the unique ceremony that blessed us all!
As we gathered today we stood in a large circle. At first, when I
looked at the center of the circle, I thought there was a column
of Light there. It’s brilliance rose to the heavens and
disappeared into the heart of God/Goddess/All That Is and it
also flowed into the earth and shone deep into the heart of
Gaia. As a group we stood in awe of the beautiful luminescence…
and slowly noticed the sound… the song… that it emitted… The
sound was that of an immense waterfall and as we all realized
this, we also realized that this was, indeed, an exquisite
waterfall of healing, chi-filled energy.
With each level of healing, the waterfall used color, sound and
aroma to shift us all to new levels of health, resonance and
wisdom…
As we continued to stand in our circle connected by our common
desire for growth and unconditional love, the waterfall turned
crimson red with metallic sparkles and flashes of
light. It emitted a soft tone that resonated with our 1st
Chakras and it also gave off the aroma of roses. We watched and
were thrilled as the column of energy expanded until we were all
encircled by its cleansing, healing waters. The feel of the
crimson light was exquisite… and it moved elegantly through our
entire beings… physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and
etheric…
And then the waterfall light changed just slightly and became
orange as it began to move its blessings through the chakras
of our astral bodies. The tone changed and the aroma continued
to evolve. With each new color, the healing waters aligned with
one of our Chakras and with our Astral Bodies… Always with the
tone changing and the scent of roses filling the air. In your
meditation follow the colors and meditate a while with each: yellow…
green… silver blue… indigo… violet and finally settling into
Gold Light.
Feel this… savor it… replay it several times if you like. Water
is the supreme astral cleanser in our 4D reality… Let it work
its magic for you now!
Deeksha
As the work on our Astral Bodies completed, the waterfall
transformed into the column of Gold Light that is Deeksha. Still
in our circle, still united in our desire to grow and evolve, we
felt the Gold Light of the Divine purify, balance and empower
our physical brains to live the lives of enlightened bliss we
know to be our natural state. We reveled in the healing of
the rift between our left and right lobes and the awareness that
we can use more of our brains consciously. And we accepted this
Divine Light into our Sacred Heart Centers… with deep gratitude
and joy…
Darshan
And as our ceremony neared its end, the light separated into as
many streams of light as there were members in the circle and
each stream flowed into one of the members and became
permanently embedded there. The Divine Within…
And as
we have been practicing,, please stay centered in your Sacred
Heart and in the loving energy of this ceremony and send Divine
Light and Love to our dear Gaia and to all the beings... human
and others... who live here... We are the ones who are here to
create Universal Peace... not the only ones, but certainly
participants who are as vital to the success of World and
Universal Peace, growth, love and joy as any...
