Resonance

Greetings, Lightworkers!

 

What lifts your resonance? That is probably one of the most important questions to consider and to find good answers to... It isn't quite the same as 'what makes you happy'... or 'what makes you feel better'. It's much more inclusive than those questions since lifting your resonance will help you to be happier and to feel better... and so much more!

 

'What lifts your resonance' will include the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and even the etheric aspects of your life. It will likely attend to your subconscious and superconscious. And it will even impact past, present and future!

 

As March and spring begin to unfold in your life, why not develop the habit of asking, 'What will lift my resonance now?'. And don't stop with the single question and answer, ask it repeatedly... Why? Because this is growth, this is enlightenment... this is ascension... in its simplest form!

  What Lifts Your Resonance?

Namasté, Lightworkers!

 

We love this question! And the answer is 'love, sound and light'... So anything which brings more love into your life, sounds that balance and harmonize your energies and light filled with the wisdom of the Divine into your energy will raise your resonance.

 

So what do you manifest each day which does this for you?

 

If you have no answer to that, we suggest you begin today to clarify and activate something! Even if it is as simple as sitting in the sun for 10 minutes or listening to beautiful music or as complex as becoming involved in volunteer work. If it brings more love into your life, your resonance will lift. If the sounds balance you, your day will be enhanced. If it brings more light into your life, your frequency will raise.

 

In the words of Abraham, "There is nothing more important than that you feel good." As you feel good and build upon that, you grow and evolve until the joy of living in Divine Light and Love is your 'normal' experience... Outrageous!

The Spirit Whisperer, by John Holland 4\

 

A very dear friend of mine went to a New Age conference in Chicago last year and came away with nothing but positive things to say about John Holland and his loving, compassionate work. Because of her recommendation, I decided to read his latest book and (so far) I like it. I'm not quite all the way through yet but I'm far enough in to recommend this book to anyone who is interested in mediumship, whether simply to communicate with those you have lost or to help others find peace with communications from the other side of the veil.

 

The book is well written, well organized, very informative and quite generous with teachings to help you develop your own abilities. And since the veils are virtually gone now (I'm told by my teachers that they are only in place still if you believe they are!) what a wonderful time to develop your abilities and become a positive participant in other dimensional communication!

 

My Book and Magazine Rating System:

Rating = 1 to 5 Om's... 1 is very good... 5 is Spectacular!

The Blind Side

HE, GML, F, I, TP

 

I've been a Sandra Bullock fan for a long time. And I love that this movie is positive, well written, inspirational and on the list for an Academy Award! Most of the awards seem to have been going to such dark or negative movies that I find it very hopeful that the two most nominated movies this year are Blind Side and Avatar.

 

Three cheers for everyone who is being touched by these movies and here's hoping that Hollywood will realize that messages of hope and inspiration are worth producing!!!
