I love June! And not just because I live in the north where long winters are the norm... I love June because of the air of new beginnings that inspires nature and people alike. One of the traditions of spring and summer for so many is the desire to tan and tone... Normally I'm not immune from this yearly craziness but this year I am taking a new path and setting some new energies into motion. That is to say, from now on, I'm celebrating my 32nd birthday!

Why? Because I believe that celebrating aging causes aging and I no longer wish to play! I do, however, love birthdays so... 32 will be my age from this day forward. Why 32? Because when I was 32 I felt at the peak of health, strength, slenderness and joy! I plan to extend that joyful year throughout my existence.

Why not give it a try yourself? After all, energy follows thought and what you think about you create... so... what age was your happiest and healthiest? Think about it and when you focus your thoughts and your happy memory energies on that age... celebrate it today! You have nothing to lose by trying... and maybe quite a lot to celebrate!

From Sarrinn: Welcome, as always, dear friends, lightworkers and mapmakers! This month of June is a wonderful time to look at your beliefs. Why? Because most of you are in such a positive, hopeful flow as spring slides into summer that you allow the inner work you do to be more joyful! Traditional psychiatry encourages seekers to concentrate on their past and on their crises. Contemporary inner journeying and healing understands that energy follows thought and therefore encourages healing through positive observations.

Does this 'Pollyanna' process lead to avoidance and denial? Not when it is done correctly.

The next time you have a crisis, we suggest you try settling your thoughts and emotions in a positive resonance (and preparing this path ahead of time if vital!) before seeking information to heal the crisis. From a higher vista, you can see much further. From a finer resonance you can feel with greater clarity.

Like truly attracts like. If you ask for answers from a low vibration, the answers must have equal resonance. If you ask from a higher vibration than the crisis, now you can welcome miracles!

Obviously, a few paragraphs in a simple newsletter are not going to give you the entire answer... but maybe... just possibly... it's the beginning of the journey!

Dare to be Yourself, by Alan Cohen. Another 'oldie but goodie' worth rereading. Mr. Cohen has always been one of my favorites and continues to be a good choice when I need a lift. Sample: "We do not need to fight for our good. Fighting for something means that there is apart of you that does not believe that you deserve it. In such a case you are really fighting against yourself." P. 79

This book lifts and it also grounds... wonderful attributes for those on the road to inner peace.

Finding Neverland with Johnny Depp, Kate Winslet, Julie Christie and Dustin Hoffman ~ This is one of my 10 favorite movies... period... love it! It is the story of James Barrie, the wonderful playwright who channeled Peter Pan.

The entire movie is filled with wonders, love, miracles and gifts, but, the short (less than 10 seconds) scene where James Barrie (Johnny Depp) and his wife enter their separate bedrooms with totally different perceptions... EXQUISITE! The first time I watched the movie I felt it was very sad... the second time I saw the hope, imagination and insight and was completely hooked (no pun intended... well... maybe... ). Good writing, great acting, wonderful spirituality... If you haven't seen it yet, lucky you! You have an adventure ahead! And if you have seen it... lucky you... your world has been expanded.
