I know... I'll get emails about this one! And yes, at the surface it sounds like the fast track to selfishness. And if you only practice this mantra from your ego, it probably is. But... from the perspective of your Soul aligning with all other Souls, it is the doorway to freedom, truth, self worth, trust, participation, compassion... Try it at the Soul level for a while and see how it feels to you!

Essential Oils: Lemon Oil Do you work with aromatherapy? I've enjoyed essential oils for many years and thought it would be interesting to share some thoughts about them in this newsletter. Since the basics are usually the best place to begin, I chose to start with lemon oil. Lemon is great for disinfecting the air (by diffusing), treating colds, purifying water, reducing anxiety... I love to put one or two drops in my drinking water, especially if I'm at a restaurant of other place where I have no idea how clean or pure the water is. If you inhale lemon oil while driving, it will oxygenate your brain and help you stay alert. One of my favorite uses for lemon oil is to bring sunshine into my life on a dark day... Whether I put it in my drinking water, inhale it or rub it on the soles of my feet, I always feel more harmonious and aligned... the way I feel after a walk on the beach. If you apply lemon oil directly to your skin, it's important to stay out of direct sunlight for about 12 hours since the combination can cause skin irritation. If you decide to diffuse oils, remember to get a good diffuser which does not heat the oils (which actually changes the oil chemically). Instead, I suggest a diffuser that blows air through the oil and sprays the droplets into the room. [You can buy lemon oil readily enough, I suggest that you look for brands which are pure (without carrier oils or other additives), organic and therapeutic grade. Chemical constituents: Monoterpenes: limonene, terpinenes, sesquiterpenes; aldehydes; coumarines. Pinning down percentages of the constituents needs to be done by product/company.] |

Book review: Serpent of Light - Beyond 2012, by Drunvalo Melchizedek
If you wonder what is going on with The Shift, if you want to know what other people are doing to participate... this book is well worth the investment. So many of the books available today are filled with pre-shift material and energy. This one is not. I give it \\\\ (Four OM's!). Movie Review:
 The Last Mimzy (Rating: HE, I, GML, WO, F, TP) Yes, I know, it's a children's movie... and it is charming, well written and filled with spiritual wisdom! Were you impressed with the accuracy of the sacred geometry in the movie 'Contact? Well, you will find even more sacred geometry accurately and inspirationally presented in The Last Mimzy. The story is about a scientist from the future who is working to save earth from destruction. To do so, he sends 'instructions' back in time. When two children find The Last Mimzy they activate the teachings and the energies needed to change the course of history. And what fun to be taught with the innocence and enthusiasm of children! Have you heard of Satyaloka Quartz? I recently acquired my first sample and I am totally in love with the energy of this quartz! Melchizedek is internationally known for his books and teachings
about sacred geometry, the origins of mankind and creating world
peace. He comes across as quite left brained but his work (his
service to mankind) is definitely right brained. Since I love
the right brained, woo-woo stuff, his writings can be a bit
laborious
at times... and then, just when I think that I don't want to
continue, he comes out with priceless gems of spiritual truth
(like the quote above) that I just have to keep reading.
