Greetings, Lightworkers!

"For the children, be a living example of all that you wish them to become. Children (and most adults) learn best by observing and following the examples of those around them, especially those they respect."

So much has evolved and changed globally since this channeling in 2007. Change and chaos have been fearful energies for most adults. How are you helping your children to handle and to heal these energies? Do you teach them (by your actions and words) to fear change and avoid chaos... or do you teach them to be visionaries and use these wonderful tools of manifestation well? Your children depend upon you to show them the way and to give them what they need as they reach their maturity and adult power. The choice is to teach fear or to teach vision... which have you chosen, and which will you continue to choose for your children's inheritance?

"For the children, turn off the television... Do you want children mimicking angry examples or copying the resonance of the evening news? If so, that is your choice, and we applaud you for your free will and beliefs. If not, change the environment of their day-to-day world."

If you are unwilling to change your habits and to fill your days and nights with more positive energies, why would you expect your children to make those higher frequency choices? It isn't  always easy to arrange time for simple family interaction... but we promise you, whatever time you arrange will be precious treasure.

Why not arrange to sit at dinner with your entire family and take turns answering the question: What was the most fun and outrageous thing you experienced today? Do this each night instead of discussing grades, messy rooms, bills or work and you may soon find that you ALL look forward to sharing your meals and hearing about each other's adventures!

And remember, what you think about tends to expand in your life... If you spend your day looking for something fun and outrageous to report to your family, you will certainly attract more fun and outrageous into your days!

"And what of teenagers? Have you noticed how much these incipient adults crave heroes?"

The natural heroes for your sons and daughters are their parents, teachers and other similar mentors. Do you abdicate to the rock stars, sports heroes and other famous (and infamous) people? Maybe it's time for the heroes to come home... maybe it's time to love your children enough to focus more time, love and attention in their direction. Become their hero by your love, respect, honesty and example... they might not notice immediately, but they will be changed by your willingness to live life well.

"For the children, we all pray that you choose in this moment, and in all the moments to come, to exemplify compassion."

Compassion comes from caring and respect. Compassionate beings serve and help without carrying other people's burdens for them but by helping them to face and surmount their burdens. Sadly, respect has not been 'cool' in your culture... although it is beginning to return. Show respect, offer respect, respect yourself... in these ways you teach it well.
